Standard AI chat and passive monitoring (meetings, briefs, Slack/email scanning) never use WU.
Annual plans roll over unused WUs up to 2× your monthly per-seat allowance (e.g., up to 2,000 WU banked per seat). Monthly plans reset each period. If you run out, we'll notify you at 80% usage, and you can purchase top-ups at $15 per 1,000 WU. No surprise charges.
No! Meeting recording, transcription, diarization, and AI summaries are completely unlimited and included in every Pro seat. Record every meeting without worrying about Work Units.
We don't ask for a credit card upfront. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan (250 WU workspace total, 10 meeting notes/mo, 10 AI messages/mo). Founding pricing is only locked in if you upgrade to annual during the enrollment window.
